FFVII Ever Crisis announces new Collab with Monster Hunter!

The collaboration between the two franchises celebrates the twentieth anniversary of the Monster Hunter series, and brings exclusive equipment and armor for Final Fantasy VII characters!

Square Enix announced, during a livestream event, that its episodic RPG Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis will receive a collaboration event with Monster Hunter, in celebration of the 20th anniversary of the famous Capcom series.

The event starts today, May 30th, and will run until July 2nd, and will include many in-game events with rewards such as exclusive equipment, crystals, sweepstakes and more:

  • Battle against “Rathalos, King of the Skies” - The fearsome wyvern Rathalos hovers over FFVII Ever Crisis. It's now up to players to band together to kill one of the most infamous enemies in the Monster Hunter franchise.

  • Monster Hunter themed weapons and equipment for a limited time, which will feature limited draws where players will have the chance to obtain franchise-themed weapons to equip on their characters. Through sweepstakes, players can obtain event-exclusive themed gear for Cloud, Zack, Aerith and Tifa in “Draw Stamps”.

  • New Daily Rewards and Login Bonus - Players can enjoy the daily rewards and login bonus as part of the collaboration event, and win a 5-Star Weapon Voucher for 10 free draws, up to 3,000 Blue Crystals, between others.

    Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis is a chapter-structured RPG that covers key elements of the Final Fantasy VII timeline, including the events of the original game, as well as new stories written by the person responsible for the plot and settings of the Remake trilogy, Kazushige Nojima, around young Sephiroth.

    The game is available for Android, iOS and PC.
