10 Cozy Games That Are Quick and Easy to Platinum
Here at Um Gamer, we’ve gathered ten cozy gems that don’t demand hundreds of hours or endless grinding. Instead, they offer creative worlds, unique storytelling, and approachable challenges. The best part: each one can earn you a platinum in just a few hours, without cutting back on the fun.
Whether you’re solving delicate puzzles, exploring colorful worlds, or scratching up couches, these games prove that relaxing while collecting trophies can be a very rewarding pastime!
Donut County
Platforms: PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Mobile
Developer & Publisher: Ben Esposito / Annapurna Interactive
Time to 100%: 2 to 4 hours
In Donut County, you don’t play as a hero or a villain. You play as… a hole in the ground. As it swallows objects, the hole grows until it’s big enough to consume houses, buildings, and even entire towns. It’s absurd, simple, and surprisingly addictive.
The story follows BK, a raccoon who runs the app that controls the holes. The offbeat humor and character interactions add extra charm to a mechanic that’s already hypnotic on its own. It’s hard not to laugh as entire environments vanish like toys.
This platinum is one of the easiest: just complete the campaign and try a few silly challenges, like swallowing specific objects or replaying chapters. In just a few hours, you’ll have the full trophy set.
Gorogoa
Platforms: PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Mobile
Developer & Publisher: Jason Roberts / Annapurna Interactive
Time to 100%: 2 to 3 hours

Gorogoa is a unique visual puzzle. Instead of blocks or traditional riddles, you manipulate hand-drawn illustrations across a four-panel grid. By moving, stacking, or aligning these images, new scenes and connections appear, leading to clever solutions.
The experience is almost meditative. Each screen is an interactive work of art, and the game conveys its story without a single word, relying entirely on visual symbolism. It feels like unfolding an illustrated fable through play.
If you’re looking for a quick platinum, this is ideal. In just over an hour you can unlock every trophy, though it may take longer depending on your style. Even those who prefer figuring things out without help will find it fair, relaxing, and unforgettable.
Unpacking
Platforms: PC, PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, iOS, Mobile
Developer & Publisher: Witch Beam / Humble Games
Time to 100%: 3 to 4 hours
Few games tell stories as subtly as Unpacking. You open boxes and place objects in bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and offices throughout the protagonist’s life. There’s no dialogue; only belongings that, once placed, reveal new stages of growth, moving cities, and relationships.
The gameplay is simple and calming: drag, drop, and decorate. With every box, you uncover memories hidden in old toys, favorite books, or keepsakes from past relationships. It feels like leafing through a silent photo album, but interactive.
The platinum is easygoing and relaxing. In about four hours, you can finish the game and unlock every trophy at your own pace.
This is one of my personal favorites, and I’m looking for something similar to play next. If you know of one, let me know in the comments!
Alexio
Platforms: PC
Developer & Publisher: Duck Team
Time to 100%: 2 to 4 hours

With its colorful style and quirky humor, Alexio is a retro platformer where you guide a brave little duck on a quest for the legendary “Monobrow.” The visuals nod to 8-bit classics but add their own charm and a playful sense of irony.
The game includes 12 short stages with secrets and small character customizations. The absurd humor shows up in dialogue and situations, making it a lighthearted experience.
The platinum is quick to earn: just finish the levels, find a few secrets, and enjoy the straightforward gameplay.
FoxyLand 1 and 2
Platforms: PC, PlayStation 4, PS Vita, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One
Developer & Publisher: BUG-Studio / Ratalaika Games
Time to 100%: 1 to 2 hours
FoxyLand puts you in the role of Foxy, a little fox who must rescue his beloved Jennie. The first game offers short retro-style stages with simple collectibles and straightforward platforming.
FoxyLand 2 expands the formula with larger stages, more enemies, and even local multiplayer, but keeps the arcade spirit alive. They’re short adventures, perfect for quick sessions filled with pixel charm.
Thanks to their simplicity, both games can be platinumed in under an hour each. Perfect choices if you’re looking for easy, adorable completions.
Legend of the Skyfish
Platforms: PC, PlayStation 4 & PS Vita, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Mobile
Developer & Publisher: Mgaia Studio / Crescent Moon Games
Time to 100%: 4 to 5 hours

In Legend of the Skyfish, you play as Little Red Hook, a young girl who uses her fishing rod as both a weapon and a grappling hook. It’s a charming action puzzle with hand-painted visuals and a fairy tale-style soundtrack.
The game features 45 stages across three worlds, each with enemies, puzzles, and bosses that encourage creative use of the fishing rod. It’s a relaxing mix of light combat and exploration.
The platinum is straightforward: just complete all stages. There are no overly tricky secrets, and in just a few hours you’ll have defeated Skyfish and filled out your trophy collection.
The Gardens Between
Platforms: PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Mobile
Developer & Publisher: The Voxel Agents
Time to 100%: 2 to 3 hours
The Gardens Between is a poetic puzzle about friendship and memory. You guide Arina and Frendt, two friends exploring surreal islands filled with childhood objects. The twist is that you don’t control the characters directly. You control the flow of time.
By moving time forward or backward, you manipulate lanterns, mechanisms, and environments to create paths. Each level feels like revisiting memories distorted by dreams, blending nostalgia with surreal imagery.
The platinum is simple thanks to chapter select. You can easily revisit puzzles and wrap everything up in just a couple of hours.
Stray
Platforms: PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, macOS, Nintendo Switch
Developer & Publisher: BlueTwelve Studio / Annapurna Interactive
Time to 100%: 5 to 7 hours

In Stray, you play as a cat lost in a cyberpunk city inhabited by robots and strange creatures. With the help of the drone B-12, you explore alleys, rooftops, and sewers, solving light puzzles and uncovering the mystery of the world.
The gameplay mixes third-person exploration, puzzles, and light stealth, always keeping the feline perspective at the center: meowing for attention, scratching doors, and curling up for naps in unlikely spots.
This platinum takes a little longer but is very satisfying. The biggest challenge is the “I Am Speed” trophy, which requires finishing the story in under two hours. Other than that, collectibles are easy to track with chapter select, making 100% totally achievable in about 6 to 8 hours.
The Last Campfire
Platforms: PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Mobile
Developer & Publisher: Hello Games
Time to 100%: 4 to 5 hours
In The Last Campfire, you follow Ember, a small flame lost in a mysterious, melancholic world. Your mission is to help forgotten souls called Forlorns rediscover their purpose and hope. The journey is marked by creative environmental puzzles, each representing the inner struggle of a lost spirit.
The atmosphere feels like a picture book come to life, with gentle narration and environments that evoke both warmth and melancholy. There’s no rush here: the game encourages you to explore slowly, notice the details, and enjoy small victories.
The platinum comes naturally by solving the puzzles and rescuing all the Forlorns. In just a few hours, you’ll have every trophy and a touching experience to remember.
Celeste
Platforms: PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch
Developer & Publisher: Maddy Makes Games
Time to 100%: 8 to 9 hours

Celeste is more than a tough platformer. It’s a moving metaphor about facing fear and anxiety. You play as Madeline, a young woman determined to climb Celeste Mountain, confronting not only the dangers of the climb but also her inner struggles.
The controls are precise and demanding, with levels full of jumping, climbing, and midair dashing. Hardcore players will love the challenge, but those who just want to see the story can use Assist Mode, which allows adjustments like slowing the game, enabling invincibility, or adding extra dashes. This feature makes 100% completion possible even for players who don’t usually master difficult platformers.
It’s an emotional and inclusive adventure that welcomes both speedrunners and casual players. Completing every chapter and collectible requires focus, but the platinum is fully achievable thanks to the assist options.
Conclusion
These ten games prove that earning platinums doesn’t have to mean an exhausting marathon. It can instead be an invitation to enjoy yourself while completing something meaningful.
