Nintendo has released a new overview trailer for Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave, just days ahead of the tactical RPG’s September 17, 2026 launch on Switch 2.

Running for around seven minutes, the video is currently only available in Japanese. It brings together elements previously shown in earlier trailers and gameplay demos, serving as a final, more extensive preview ahead of release.

Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave will be the latest entry in Nintendo’s long-running tactical RPG series and the first developed for Switch 2. The game featured prominently in the company’s recent Treehouse presentation, held after last week’s Nintendo Direct.

During that showcase, Nintendo offered longer looks at battles and exploration. The new trailer revisits that footage and once again highlights the systems players will be able to use when the adventure launches.

Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave is Nintendo’s biggest first-party release in September. It will be followed by Nintendo Switch Sports Resort on October 22 and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time on November 5.
