Square Enix has confirmed that Final Fantasy XIV Online will arrive on Nintendo Switch 2 on August 4, 2026. Before its debut, the development team presented a lengthy gameplay demonstration of the new version, with the segment dedicated to the MMORPG beginning at around the 13-minute mark of the broadcast.
