Microsoft has announced the September 2027 Wave 2 lineup for Xbox Game Pass, with Dune: Awakening, Minecraft Dungeons 2 and Gears of War: E-Day among the highlights for subscribers.Dune: Awakening, a survival RPG set in a science-fiction universe, will be added on September 22 for subscribers to the Premium, PC and Ultimate plans. Minecraft Dungeons 2 and Gears of War: E-Day will both be available on day one for PC and Ultimate subscribers, on September 29 and October 6, respectively.The lineup also includes Marvel Cosmic Invasion, a comic book-inspired beat ’em up; Planet of Lana 2, a science-fiction-themed puzzle game; Call of Duty: Black Ops 6; and Ninja Gaiden 4. All four titles will be added to Xbox Game Pass Premium.Keeper will also be available to Premium subscribers. The game will launch on PlayStation 5, expanding the number of platforms on which it can be played.Other additions include Ultimate Sheep Raccoon, a bicycle racing game focused on player-versus-player matches; Routine, a science-fiction horror title; Kernel Hearts, a roguelike action RPG; Well Dweller, a Metroidvania with a dark fairy-tale setting; and Mad King Redemption, a 2.5D roguelite beat ’em up.As part of the update, several games will leave the service’s catalog. Atomfall, described as a title with a British style and inspired by Fallout, is among them. Microsoft also said that other listed games will leave Xbox Game Pass this month.
