Pre-orders for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time on Nintendo Switch 2 are now open in Brazil. The remake of the Nintendo 64 classic is set to launch on November 5, 2026, and will be exclusive to Nintendo’s new console.

Link’s adventure has been rebuilt from the ground up. The new version features updated visuals, voice acting, expanded dialogue, extended cinematic scenes and an orchestral score. The camera and controls have also been revamped.

The ocarina remains at the heart of the journey: its songs can open paths and change the time of day. On Switch 2, players can play the notes using the buttons or hum the tunes into the console’s built-in microphone.

The story follows Link on a quest to stop Ganondorf from taking the Triforce and ruling the world. Alongside the fairy Navi, the hero explores dungeons, solves puzzles and collects weapons. The adventure also requires traveling between two eras to restore balance to Hyrule.

The game supports the Zelda Notes service, available through the Nintendo Switch app, which provides additional help during the adventure. The Young Link and Young Zelda amiibo, scheduled for 2027, unlock special masks.

The standard physical edition is available for pre-order for R$ 439,90. The game is for one player and can be played in handheld, TV and tabletop modes. Nintendo Switch Online subscribers will also be able to use cloud save data backups.

Nintendo describes the remake as a new way to play the story first released on Nintendo 64, with visual and control changes. The release date is confirmed for November 5, 2026.
