Hideo Kojima will reprise his Cyberpunk 2077 role in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2. He described it as a cameo by Oshima, whom he previously played in the game, and shared images from his voice-recording session.In Cyberpunk 2077, Oshima sits near a bar in Konpeki Plaza. He is easy to miss because the encounter is not part of V’s main quest. Players who stop to talk to him hear his thoughts on braindances, a technology that lets people explore memories in the game’s world.Oshima talks about wanting to convey human emotions in his work. When he meets V, he even asks whether the player has a proposal to pitch.
