The Sims 4 is the lastest game in the franchise, has been receiving content and DLCs to this day and is not expected to end. See the 40 coolest Easter eggs you can find in the game before they release more!

Edit Article

The Sims 4 is the lastest game (and maybe the last) of the franchise created by Maxis Studios and published by EA Games, as a direct sequel to the games The Sims 1, The Sims 2 and The Sims 3, bringing not only a lot of innovation in terms of visuals, but also in the sims’ artificial intelligence, allowing them to perform two actions at the same time for the first time (and they also learned to get out of the pool from the edge without needing a ladder).

However, some of the changes made by EA greatly displeased players, such as, for example, the end of the open world and the removal of a lot of content that previously came in the base game, transferred to expansion packs released in the future. Another factor that fans of the game are very unhappy with are the prices charged for each of these packages.

But here, we’re only talking about the coolest parts, which are the Easter eggs that you can find in the game and some that you may have missed. So let's go through them and, if there are any missing, just leave it in the comments.

The Coolest Easter Eggs in The Sims 4

1. Strange Paintings: Sometimes when your Sims paint, they may create a piece that depicts a strange creature. This painting is, in fact, a reference to one of the creatures from the game Spore, also published by EA. In the Scary pack, you can buy frames that change from normal to scary versions after a while.

2. Trolling: If the Sim is experiencing emotions such as angry or playful, or has the “Mean” or “Evil” traits, they will unlock an interaction on the computer or tablet called “Troll Teh Forums”. Interestingly, typos in the interaction name are intentional.

3. Tragic Clown is back! The Sims 1 players may recognize the “Tragic Clown” painting. It works in a similar way to the original game: when interacting with it, the Sim stares for a few seconds before starting to cry. Soon, a sound is played and a notification appears indicating that the Tragic Clown is nearby. Moments later, he appears. The clown's goal is to cheer up his Sims, but he always fails in a comical way.

However, there’s currently a bug: instead of the real Tragic Clown, a random Sim can be summoned. Still, it’s possible to access the classic clown look (makeup, hair and clothes), the special mood “Tragic Clown” and perform specific interactions, such as “Failed Juggling” and “Animating Tragically”.
