Edit Article

On the 8th, Riot Games released the newest update for Valorant, what everyone expected as “Episode 10”, now called Season 2025. Many new features have already been released for this first Act, with the highlight being Tejo, a new initiator agent, in addition to this Battle Pass and a map rotation.

We’re playing the new update and have been working through this article to analyze the reward track, which rewards are being given out for free and if they are better than average, in addition to understanding whether it’s worth purchasing the pass to receive premium cosmetics.

How the Battle Pass works

Similar to several other titles, the Valorant Battle Pass is a track with several levels, each of them providing a reward, but they are premium and only available to those who have improved the pass. The free items are located at the end of each page, and we get them when we finish that section, as shown in the image below.

This Battle Pass will last for 55 days.

How to level up the Battle Pass

Valorant also doesn't have any other peculiarities and differences in this regard, just increase your experience to reach new levels on the trail. To accomplish this, the best option is to carry out the weekly missions and daily challenges that are located in the top-left corner of the interface.

Matches in themselves are also sources of EXP.

All rewards from this Pass

In total, we have 70 rewards available, 55 coming from the 50 levels, plus 5 epilogues - available after completing the pass - and 15 as extras when completing each page of the trail. Twenty are free, I'm referring to all the extras and epilogues.

Initially, I will highlight the main items of the 2025 Season Pass, after which a video will be available with all the rewards for you to draw your own conclusions.

Top free items

All players who reach tier 10 will receive the V25 ACT 1 Coin keychain. The design along with the yellow and black colors together caught player’s eyes, and will be a good souvenir from this season to keep in your inventory.

Nine to Five and Five to Nine are cards that complement each other, and are very interesting to use with your duo. The first represents morning gameplay, with sunlight, a coffee and plants, while the other brings a more nighttime atmosphere with a setup full of RGBs. Additionally, each of them has one side of the Radiant rank keychain split in half.

Two space-themed keychains are also part of the elite free rewards, received respectively at tier 30 and 45, Space Out Homie and Pint-Size Planet will give a special touch to your weapons.

Finally, my last considerations regarding the free trial go to the Celestia Ghost skin, it refers to this celestial theme with stars and the colors gold and purple, actually reminding me a lot of Astra. The fact that the skin has mere animations is already above average for a Battle Pass, even more so because it’s a free skin, and it already shows this track’s quality!

Top premium items

Purchasing the improved Battle Pass will grant access to three different lines of skins for different weapons: Moon Scout (Sheriff, Bucky, Outlaw and Guardian), Hieroscape (Frenzy, Ares, Phantom, Bulldog and the Knife) and Celestia (Stinger, Specter and Operator, in addition to the free Ghost). They are all good, but I believe that Hieroscape and Celestia will be more popular with the public.

The knife has a peculiarity against past passes, as there are two of them. Another item that influencers and the public praised, as the animations differ from the uninteresting standard of previous tracks.

Some cards caught my attention, Old Dogs New Tricks already addresses the new agent's relationship with Brimstone, while Unstoppable refers to Astra, a character who matches the theme of the skins.

Another highlight in this regard is Roll for Initiative, where we are introduced to a tabletop RPG game between our heroes.

Regarding sprays, Cabbage Seekers brings a sense of humor, comparing Skye's Ultimate to cabbages. It's good to see that Riot Games embraces the community's “memes”, making them cosmetics within the game.

Bullet Time uses Neon's agility to reference one of the biggest classics on the big screen, The Matrix!

When it comes to keychains, the most interesting one is Astro Bear.

Finally, we have a new type of cosmetic presented as emotes. When using it, we make some type of interaction with this item, similar to inspecting a weapon in game. In this pass, the only emote available is Stellar Dendrite.

Is it worth buying the Season 2025 Act 1 Battle Pass?

Given the highlights, we’ll complete the analysis and provide the video with all the rewards for you. The Season 2025 Battle Pass is well above average, the community welcomed the new skins with great satisfaction, and I believe it will be one of the best-selling passes in the game's history.

The theme of space and the celestial universe may not appeal to everyone, so the answer to buy or not is quite personal, but the rewards are more than worth it for fans of this subject, especially Astra players.
