Overwatch 2: Stadium was the biggest addition to the game in its 16th Seasonlink outside website and, fortunately, it’s been attracting thousands of players and collecting extremely positive feedback from the community.

The mode doesn’t have all the characters available to be played yet, but it has delivered a complete and innovative experience to the heroes who’ve been added. There are many possibilities for powers and items that’ll completely change your play style.

Knowing how to combine your advantages right is essential to winning matches. With this in mind, we at UmGamer have selected the best DPS builds for the Stadium. Check them out!

Soldier: 76

Soldier: 76’s always been known for being a beginner-friendly hero. His mechanics don't bring a lot of powers, and it’s more similar to a standard FPS, on top of his Ultimate that literally makes you land every shot. Blizzard decided to keep this characteristic of the character also in Stadium mode by developing a build that’s simple to be played out.

Its focus is on making the most of the Ultimate's effect, which’ll be activated whenever we use the Helix Rockets thanks to the Super Visor ability. This way, you’ll barely even have to worry about aiming to land your shots. I highly recommend it for Overwatch 2 newbies.

The other powers and their items have as their main function increasing your damage, attack speed and ammunition. All of these features are designed to strengthen your shooting, the main source of damage in the build.

You can follow the entire “Super Soldier Visor” example build, as illustrated in the image.

But it’s possible to make two changes based on personal taste, the first being to take out the Chaingun power to insert Double Helix, and as for the other you can also replace Booster Jets with the purple item Hardlight Accelerator to take greater advantage of your rockets - consequently, activating your Ultimate more.

Powers

  • Super Visor
  • Peripheral Pulse
  • Man on the Run
  • Chaingun (or Double Helix)

    Cassidy

Cassidy has a build that, even though it doesn’t show up as one of the recommended builds, deserves extreme attention due to its high DPS, almost instantly killing enemies.

The main idea is to increase your ammo and attack speed, making the most of the Peacekeeper's secondary shot to eliminate the enemy as soon as possible. The slowness caused by Flashbang will be crucial for landing more shots.

With an excess of ammo, the Full House skill becomes essential, since your primary shot’ll get a much bigger damage increase. When combined with Quick Draw, your character will guarantee the next primary shot after reloading - if you’re at close range - making you deal a huge damage in a single hit.

Basically, your combo will be to roll to reload your weapon and make sure your next attack hits, followed by a flashbang and your secondary shot. Note in the video below that I landed the shot even though I was aiming incorrectly, thanks to Quick Draw. The increased ammo was also crucial to eliminating Mauga in a few seconds.

As the round progresses, you’ll receive even more ammo through the Dead Man Walking power, giving you even greater damage potential.

    Ashe

Today's last build is for Ashe, where we want to boost her Ability Power. The Deadlock leader already has a lot of damage with her rifle, so we want her skills to also become deadly.

Three out of her four abilities - Early Detonation, Out with a Bang and Incendiary Blast - are entirely focused on this goal, you’ll throw more Dynamite per use of the skill, and it’ll also return faster. In addition, all items increase their damage. Stacked Sticks also increase the Dynamite’s explosion.

Incendiary Blast turns the Coach Gun into another tool to burn enemies, causing ability damage, which’ll be even greater given your items.

Prioritize staying even safer, you don't need to expose yourself given that your main source of elimination will be the Dynamite. Keep throwing them and retreating, getting out of enemy vision.

  • Early Detonation
  • Out with a Bang
  • Reload Therapy
  • Incendiary Blast
