About Drow Ranger
Traxex was found as a baby by the Drow, a quiet and silent people who value the stealthy arts. She was raised and taught in the doctrine of the Drow, as if she were one of them, demonstrating an innate talent for the lifestyle of those people. However, as Traxex grew, she felt more and more distant, realizing that she was different. She isolated herself from the people who raised her and took to living alone in the forest, as an invisible guardian, becoming a local legend. - Drow Ranger
Drow Ranger is probably my favorite character for the Carry position. An agile, versatile heroine capable of connecting damage quickly, supporting different builds and who can adapt to several different matchups and combinations.
Basic Attributes and Skills
Drow is an agility hero, the most common Rank 1 (Carry) attribute. For this build, a build that focuses as much as possible on damage and attack speed is preferable, and the ideal is to stay in the Safe Lane, where we can farm safely and have the support help us.
Traxex has two facets, Vantage Point and Sidestep. For the chosen build, we suggest Vantage Point, which grants a bonus percentage of damage if Drow attacks from high ground. Her innate ability grants agility bonuses based on her own current agility and level to all nearby allied ranged heroes.
Frost Arrows
Adds a freezing effect to the Drow Ranger's basic attacks, dealing additional damage and slowing down the target.
It can be improved with Aghanim’s Scepter, adding a debuff effect to health regeneration, lifesteal and spell lifesteal of targets hit. After dying under this effect, targets explode, damaging other nearby enemies.
You can use this ability to punish enemies without activating the creeps' aggro. Also use it to guarantee the last hit of the farm.
Gust
Launches an icy wind in a chosen direction, pushing and silencing enemy heroes and units along the way. Silence lasts for a certain time and invisible units who are hit are revealed. Use this ability to attack enemies, to gain space to attack or to escape.
Multishot
Fires volleys of arrows in a chosen direction that cover a certain radius, dealing additional damage and applying the Frost Arrows debuff. This skill requires channel, so be careful.
Multishot can also be used to finish off fleeing enemies or to farm in the jungle more quickly.
Marksmanship
While within a certain distance of enemies, the Drow's attacks ignore armor and deal extra damage, in addition to applying True Strike to attacks launched with this passive. Make sure you are at the correct distance to use this ability. Marksmanship is excellent for taking down towers.
Heroine Build
Lane Phase
During the initial ten minutes, your objective is to farm as much as possible to quickly reach level 6 and unlock the ultimate. Do Wraith Band and Null Talisman first and then finish off the Power Treads boot. Morbid Mask is very useful early on, especially if you are being punished and forced to farm in the jungle.

Mid-Game
After the lane phase, you must finish Hurricane Pike, which guarantees the best use of the ult in addition to being an escape item, and you must follow it with Crystalys, which will allow you to deal greater damage. Satanic is an essential item to be able to stay in fights, as well as being even more effective if you are fighting enemies alone or attacking from afar during TF.
Sange and Yasha is an optional item that will give you greater resistance to disables, as well as guaranteeing greater survival power. Manta Style is another optional which can be used to break certain disables, on top of working very well with your ult and guaranteeing greater offensive capacity in certain situations.
Orchid Malevolence is an important item against heroes with many problematic abilities or a lot of control. In addition to granting attributes that favor the Drow, this item's silence grants a bonus magical damage.
Late Game
Moving towards the more advanced stages of the game, you need to resort to Butterfly, the ultimate item of any agility hero, which guarantees evasion which will be very useful in battles.
Aghanim's Scepter and Aghanim's Shard are important for improving the Drow's arsenal of abilities, with Scepter giving an upgrade to Frost Arrows and the shard adding a new skill, Glacier, which creates a hill of ice under the drow's feet. drow, granting bonus vision and attack range, on top of blocking enemy vision and improving Multishot.
BKB is a mandatory item for any HC and you can complement this protection with Linken’s Sphere. Daedalus maximizes the Drow's critical damage, since her ultimate ignores armor.
For greater movement around the map and during combat, you can choose between Blink Dagger, which can be upgraded to Swift Blink, or Shadow Blade, and then to Silver Edge. Both items will act in different ways, but serve to facilitate escape or initiate combat. Blink grants an even greater agility bonus and Silver Edge provides you with more damage and attack speed, as well as being perfect for breaking enemy passive abilities.
Wrapping Up
Drow Ranger is one of the most classic characters in the game and is an easy hero to learn, being able to deal a lot of damage while fighting from a distance.
