About Nature’s Prophet

“I speak for the trees…”

- Nature’s Prophet

Nature’s Prophet was born from a seed planted by the goddess Verodicia and the goddess’s remains served as fertilizer for the prophet to grow. His gift of seeing beyond allows him to be anywhere anytime, teleporting to the right place at the right time. He can conjure trees and bring them to life, creating an army to protect nature.

Facets and Skills

Nature has two facets. The first is Soothing Sapplings, which causes your ability Sprout to emanate an aura that heals allied units, including buildings. The second facet, which will be the highlight of the build that I will present later, is Ironwood Treant, which replaces your Nature’s Call ability with a similar one, but which I’ll cover in more detail later in this article.

His native ability, Spirit of the Forest, grants him an attack bonus per tree in a certain radius around him. Trees summoned by Nature also count.

Sprout

Summons a ring of trees around a unit, trapping it in the ring and damaging enemies.

This ability is excellent for punishing enemies or even imprisoning while finishing them, and can also be used to block enemies and escape.

Teleportation

Perhaps Nature's best ability, allowing you to be everywhere you’re needed. You can jump on top of a fleeing enemy and trap him with Sprout, guaranteeing a kill, or even approach an enemy tower from the jungle and advance the lane, often taking down the tower quickly with the minion trees and then disappearing with Teleportation.

Nature’s Call / Ironwood Treant

This skill slot typically belongs to Nature's Call, which allows Nature to transform an area of target trees into minions who will fight under his command. With the Ironwood Treant facet though, this ability now conjures just one minion from a tree, but this minion will be bigger and stronger than ordinary ones. Both versions allow you to take down towers quickly.

Wrath of Nature

Nature's ultimate summons energy that bounces across the entire map, hitting enemies close to the target location within a visible radius. This ability can be used to quickly farm in a large area of the map or even finish enemies with low health.

Strategy and Build

The focus of this build is to abuse the Ironwood Treant facet and create super powerful minions capable of quickly destroying the enemy base and winning the game. To do this you’ll need a set of specific items and it’ll be necessary to leave your team aside for a bit in order to reach level 25 as quickly as possible, where Nature will receive a talent which makes your super minion even more super.

To execute this strategy more efficiently, I recommend positioning yourself in the mid, where you will have more freedom to move around the map and, at the same time, farm alone.

In the initial minutes, take the basic items, Tango, Ironwood Branches, Circlet and Mantle of Intelligence. Null Talisman is a great item at the beginning of the game and as soon as possible start doing Tranquil Boots to ensure a more stable lane presence.

As soon as possible, start making Orchid Malevolence and Solar Crest. The first will serve to better control combat, disabling heroes with problematic skills so that you can start on them (preferably supports). Solar Crest is an item that you will make with the super minion in mind, giving it even more armor and attack power to destroy enemy defenses and even farm for you in the jungle, and it’s also possible to use the item on yourself or allies.

Octarine Core is another important item, since in addition to the bonuses to life, mana and mana regeneration you’ll also be able to cast your skills more quickly after the cooldown, which will allow you to cast more than one super minion to destroy the enemy base. At the end of the game, you will need BKB and Assault Cuirass to be able to invade the enemies' base with the minions and Boots of Bearing will further buff your personal army and allies. There are other items you can make as needed, but the focus here will be making a build for this strategy.

With the build closed and the level 25 talent enabled, you'll be ready to give your enemies hell while jumping from one side to the other on the map to throw your minions at the towers. Do this while your team pulls an opposite lane, drawing enemy attention and opening a path for you, or take advantage of an enemy charge while their base is unprotected.

Final Considerations

This build can turn out to be extremely efficient both in casual games and in a ranked match, and you will surprise your enemies with how strong this strategy can be, catching opponents off guard and leaving them stunned. All you need to do is master Nature’s Prophet’s abilities and play defensively until you create an opportunity to break the base.

It’s important to note that this build works much better when you communicate to your allies what you intend to do, even more so if everyone agrees. A closed team is recommended.

I conclude here another article. Leave your questions, suggestions, criticisms and/or compliments in the comments. Thanks for reading and see you next time.
