Star Wars Zero Company has surpassed 1 million copies sold, according to estimates from industry analytics firm Alinea Analytics. The result puts Bit Reactor’s turn-based strategy game in a strong commercial position, particularly given the situation facing the team behind its development. Before launch, most of the developers working on Star Wars Zero Company were reportedly placed on temporary unpaid leave. The move was attributed to a dispute between the studio’s owners and a lack of funding. With sales generating revenue, questions have now emerged over whether the team could be reinstated and begin receiving pay again.Steam accounts for 69.9% of copies sold, while PlayStation represents 19.9% and Xbox 10.2%. The Xbox share includes sales made through the service on PC. Despite their smaller numbers, console players generated more revenue per person because they pay more per copy, according to Rhys Elliott of Alinea Analytics.Elliott estimates that Star Wars Zero Company has generated around US$ 50 million since its launch on 27 August. He considers that a respectable figure for the genre and for a period of intense competition, even with the strength of the Star Wars brand. The player base is also concentrated in two regions: 90% of players are in North America and Europe, while Asia accounts for 5%. The performance placed Star Wars Zero Company among the five highest-grossing games of 2026 based on a recognizable intellectual property. 007 First Light leads the list with US$ 309.8 million. The Blood of Dawnwalker and Onimusha: Way of the Sword have also surpassed 1 million copies sold.
