Fully completing a game and getting it to platinum is always challenging, being an extra motivation for fans, which they can show off on their profile. However, some titles really want to make it as valuable as possible, with a minimum percentage of users who have fully achieved it.
Today, we will look at the achievements which require the most skill, or resistance to player fatigue. Any barrier like this is enough to make most of them give up. We’ll mention which percentage of players were able to complete these challenges, data from Steam will be used as of September 12, 2024.

Outlast 2: Messiah
In Outlast 2, we control a mere camera operator who wants to investigate a murder with his wife, taking them to the Arizona desert.
This horror franchise is already known for not offering great combat or survival tools, now imagine beating the game in Insane Mode, without recovering the camera battery. Be prepared for total darkness when your battery dies, and good luck!
This difficulty also does not allow you to save your progress, having to finish the game in a single playthrough.
Success percentage on Steam: 2.1%.
Mortal Kombat 9: My Kung Fu is Stronger
My Kung Fu is Stronger requires playing for 24 hours with each of the title's characters. Adding them all up, the bill racks up to more than 600 hours!
To prevent you from just leaving fights to happen with your character standing still, you must meet other minimum requirements, also with each fighter: win 100 fights, perform 100 fatalities, perform 150 X-rays and spill 10,000 liters of blood.
Success percentage on Steam: 2.2%.
Halo The Master Chief Collection: Master LASO
Master LASO makes the user invest time along with the skill, given that to achieve it, it’s necessary to complete Halo 1, 2, 3 and 4 on Legendary difficulty and with all skulls activated.
Success percentage on Steam: 0.4%.
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter: World Champion
World Champion requires the player to live up to its name: to unlock this achievement, you must be the number one player in the game's global rankings!
We did not find information about the title on Steam, but only 0.68% of players obtained the achievement on Xbox 360.
Dead Rising: 7-Day Survivor
7-Day Survivor has a self-explanatory name. However, users must be in Endless Mode, where healing items do not respawn, in addition to their health decreasing. Surviving a week in the game is equivalent to 14 hours of gameplay in real life, but players cannot save their progress, so they will need to spend the entire time playing and being careful not to slip up.
Success percentage on Steam: 2.7%.
Fall Guys: Infallible
Getting a crown in Fall Guys is already a little difficult, it's not often that we are the best in a lobby with so many players. Infallible requires picking up five crowns in a row, an arduous task that borders on the absurd.
Success percentage on Steam: 2.1%.
Resident Evil Remake: CQC FTW

The CQC FTW trophy asks you to beat the game using only the knife, without using any other combat mechanics such as defense items or crushing the zombies' heads.
Success percentage on Steam:3.1%.
Resident Evil Remake: Ghost of a Chance
Resident Evil Remake likes to test its fans, this time with a trophy which has been even less achieved even less by players: Ghost of a Chance requires completing the game in “Invisible Enemy” mode, where as the name itself suggests, you cannot see your enemies.
Success percentage on Steam: 2.7%.
Crash Bandicoot 4: Faster than Sound
Long live speedrunning! Do you want to have Faster than Sound on your profile? Simply get all Platinum Time Trial Relics. After completing a level, you can replay with the option to activate a timer, and at the end you will receive a relic based on your completion speed. There are four types of them: Sapphire, Gold, Platinum and Developer.
Fortunately, the achievement does not require us to be faster than the developers, but believe me, the Platinum relics will already be high difficulty. Even more so considering that you need to get all 38 of them.
Success percentage on Steam: 2.1%.
Hollow Knight: Embrace the Void
Inside the Pantheon of Hallownest, players are introduced to 42 of the game's most powerful bosses. To conquer Embrace the Void, you must defeat them all. But if a player dies, they will be forced to restart the pantheon's progress.
GTA V: Masterminds
This is an achievement only possible to get in GTA Online, where your duty is to complete the 3 Criminal Mastermind Challenges from the Doomsday Heist update.
Each challenge requires the following to be done: complete The Doomsday Heist missions in order, with the same team of X players, on Hard difficulty and without losing any lives on Setups and Finales.
The only difference between them is the number of players:
The Doomsday Heist has a total of 29 missions which are mostly difficult, making the player work hard to complete them. If we add the challenge requirements, we’ll see something even more unfeasible.
To achieve all three, logically we need to redo the heist more times, each time with a number of different players on the team, and always fulfilling the demands of the challenge, creating an even greater barrier.
At the very least, considering that you'll be successful the first time, you will have to complete 87 missions without dying on maximum difficulty. If your team suffers a loss, you will have to redo the heist, it really isn't for everyone.

Conclusion
There are great challenges, regardless of the genre or target audience of the games, some require more skills and others even require some resistance. Were there any trophies missing from the list? Feel free to mention them in the comments!
