Konami has published a 19-minute video offering the most detailed look yet at Silent Hill: Townfall, the upcoming survival horror game for PS5. The footage shows the opening sequence and Simon's first steps through the Scottish town of St. Amelia, which is shrouded in dense fog.

The footage also introduces the CRTV device, which the protagonist uses throughout the adventure, as well as scenes of exploration through the town's streets and interiors. The video ends with a glimpse of combat, providing a better look at how Simon will face the threats he encounters along the way.

The footage also offers a preview of the Otherworld. In the final moments, St. Amelia transforms into a completely different place, reinforcing the game's connection to one of the most recognizable elements of the Silent Hill franchise. The transition to the Otherworld appears in the video's final moments.

The released footage appears to be identical or very similar to the material shown in previews last month. As a result, some of the scenes may already be familiar to anyone who followed the first impressions of Silent Hill: Townfall. Even so, the sequence brings the game's opening, exploration, CRTV and combat together in a single video.

Silent Hill: Townfall will be released for PS5 and PC on September 24, 2026. The title marks the series' third annual release since 2024, following a long gap in new releases during the PS4 generation. Konami has not yet announced when the Silent Hill 1 remake, developed by Bloober Team, will be released.
