Nintendo has confirmed two Nintendo Direct presentations for next week, including a special showcase marking The Legend of Zelda’s 40th anniversary. The events will take place on Tuesday (8) and Wednesday (9), both at 11 a.m. Brasília time.

The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Direct will air on Tuesday and run for approximately 30 minutes. According to Nintendo, the presentation will feature a variety of franchise-related news as part of the anniversary celebrations.

Attention is focused on the remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, announced for the Nintendo Switch 2 later this year. So far, the company has not revealed any gameplay details or a release date for the project.

Nintendo could also show the first teaser for the live-action The Legend of Zelda movie. The production is scheduled to premiere on April 30, 2027, but the company has not confirmed that the video will be included in the presentation.

On Wednesday (9), it will be time for the general Direct, which will run for approximately 45 minutes. The focus will be on releases scheduled for the final quarter of the year for the Nintendo Switch 2. Announced games include Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave, set to launch on September 17, and Nintendo Switch Sports Resort, arriving on October 22.

The presentation could also bring news about The Duskbloods, a Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive developed by FromSoftware. The day’s programming will continue with a Treehouse: Live stream, expected to last around 110 minutes and showcase gameplay from some of the titles featured in the Direct.

Both broadcasts are scheduled for the same time, 11 a.m. Brasília time, on the 8th and 9th.
