Last Wednesday (25) marked the beginning of Act 4 of Season 2025 in Valorant. Fans received a new map called Corrode, in addition to the focus of this article, which is the Battle Pass.
Today, you’ll see an analysis of the new Valorant rewards track: which weapons and themes are present in this update and whether they’re worth buying. Check it out!

How to Level Up the Battle Pass
Riot Games doesn't stray too far from the industry standard when it comes to the Battle Pass in Valorant. Made up of 50 levels, each of them has a reward, but requires a certain amount of EXP to be conquered.
The biggest difference is that the free items aren’t distributed at specific tiers, as in other titles. Here, the free-to-play player will only receive rewards upon completing a page - called a chapter -, as you can see below.

There are also no secrets to earning XP and progressing through the pass. Each match already provides a small amount of XP, but the main way to progress is by completing daily checkpoints and weekly missions.

Note: Counting from the day of its launch - June 25th - the pass will last 55 days.
All Act 4 Pass Rewards
In addition to the 50 tiers of premium rewards, the Battle Pass also has twenty free items, fifteen available upon completing the pages and five provided in the epilogues - a kind of extra chapter for those who’ve already completed the pass before the end of the season.
We’ll highlight the main items of the Act 4 Pass of the 2025 Season, after which a video will be available with all the rewards so you can draw your own conclusions.
Top Free Items
By default, Riot Games provides two free copies of a charm representing the current act and season after reaching level 10 in the Battle Pass. In this case, it’s a cosmetic with purple and pink tones, symbolizing Act 4 of Season V25 (2025).

Another interesting charm is the Bonsai, which decorates your weapons with the small Japanese tree.

It’s also worth mentioning some of the game’s five-year anniversary cards. Kill All Radiants and Shattered showcase some of Valorant’s agents!

Finally, the free weapon skin for this event is Atlas // CMD Classic. Honestly, this is the collection that the community liked the least out of all the other skins in this track. The Atlas // CMD skins are bland, with few details and no effects.

By upgrading your Battle Pass, you’ll gain access to these three skin lines: Perch (Shorty, Marshal, Bulldog, and Phantom), Space Piecer (Ares, Judge, Guardian, and Sheriff), and Atlas // CMD (Spectre, Vandal, Outlaw, and Knife). Except for Atlas, which we’ve already discussed, the Perch and Space Piecer style weapons are quite interesting.
Perch has a seasonal theme, with the default color representing fall, but there are versions for spring, summer, and winter as well. Check out this default shade of the Perch Phantom and then its winter style to see the differences.

They have animations on the cat and also with the leaves falling. One downside: Although the winter variant clearly doesn't have trees with leaves, the effect of them falling persists. The ideal would be to replace them with snowflakes, but it's still a nice skin.
In addition to the skins, this collection also brings a card, a spray and a charm as rewards on the trail.

The Space Piecer line is another eye-catching one, with a very detailed design and subtle animations on the orange stripes and the hole-like pattern present. See the example in Ares.

Like the previous one, Space Piecer also offers other types of cosmetics to make your arsenal even more consistent with the style.

Unfortunately, the melee weapon in this pass is from the Atlas // CMD line, and it's not at all attractive, not even enough to justify its place on the trail. Some of the community see it as being far inferior compared to other knives from previous acts.

So you can see for yourself, we've put together a video from VALORANT Lab that illustrates some quick gameplay with it. Check it out:
(Source: VALORANT Lab on Youtube)The good news is that, once again, we have Vandal and Phantom making their mark on the pass. Since they’re two of the most popular weapons in the game, the community always felt that one or the other would receive a skin on the season track.
Moving away from the main content, let's look at other types of cosmetics. There are a ton of cards, some of which stand out, such as Retake, Two Worlds, and Day Off.

The sprays that caught our attention the most are the animated Pengu Panic and, especially, Surprise Portal Play. But you can analyze the entire track at the end of the topic to choose your favorites, there’s a wide variety that represent different agents and situations.

Now, enjoy the video to draw your own conclusions:
Is the Season 2025 Act 4 Battle Pass worth buying?
It's hard to say without resorting to the famous "it depends". If the weapons you play have been graced with a skin line that suits your taste, feel free to buy it. However, if you, like most players, didn't like the Atlas // CMD style, you’ll miss out on several Battle Pass skins, including the knife.
That said, I wouldn't recommend buying it unless you have a different opinion about Atlas, or you really liked the other lines and play with the weapons that are part of them.
I hope you enjoyed this article! I'm available if you have any questions or suggestions.
