Fairgames is an upcoming competitive heist game from Haven Studios, the Montreal developer founded by Jade Raymond. Sony Interactive Entertainment announced the project during its PlayStation Showcase on May 24, 2023, presenting it as Haven's first publicly revealed game. It is planned for PlayStation 5 and PC, although Sony and Haven have not announced a release date.

The announcement describes Fairgames as a “competitive heist experience” built around the idea of breaking into the private vaults of the ultra-wealthy. Its premise is not a conventional single-player crime story. Instead, players join a modern underground movement that targets people and institutions that have accumulated extraordinary wealth, then compete to take valuable assets. Haven's stated fantasy is essentially an outlaw version of economic redistribution: players challenge the rules that keep power concentrated and use their earnings to change the balance.

The reveal trailer establishes the tone without explaining a complete campaign or identifying a final cast of characters. It shows a masked group preparing and carrying out a high-tech robbery, with surveillance, security systems, vehicles, and a large urban setting. The footage also emphasizes rival crews and the possibility that a heist can become a contest between players rather than a simple operation against computer-controlled guards. Haven has described the game as allowing players to find different ways to infiltrate locations, steal goods, and outsmart opponents, but detailed maps, progression systems, monetization, and match structure remain undisclosed.

Fairgames matters in Haven's history because it is the studio's debut project. Raymond, known for her work on Assassin's Creed and as a former executive at Ubisoft, Electronic Arts, and Google Stadia, established Haven in Montreal in 2021. Sony announced an investment and a partnership with the studio in the same year, and later acquired Haven in 2023. Fairgames therefore represents the first original intellectual property to emerge publicly from that PlayStation-owned team.

The dollar sign in the stylized title, Fairgame$, reinforces the game's focus on money, ownership, and unequal wealth. Beyond its reveal material, confirmed information is limited. There is no announced launch window, story conclusion, pricing model, or complete roster of playable characters. What is established is narrower but clear: Fairgames is a PS5-and-PC multiplayer heist game from Haven Studios, centered on robbing the wealthy in a competitive online setting. Sony has shown no footage of a finished mission, and Haven has not publicly confirmed whether the game will support cross-play at launch.
