Outside dungeons, time is limited: players choose how to spend days, including attending Yasogami High School, building Social Links, working part-time jobs, or improving personal attributes. These choices affect relationships and progression, making the calendar an essential system rather than a decorative backdrop. The original cast includes Yu Narukami (the player-named protagonist), Yosuke Hanamura, Chie Satonaka, Yukiko Amagi, Kanji Tatsumi, Rise Kujikawa, and Teddie; however, Atlus has not publicly confirmed whether Revival will retain every character, feature rewritten scenes, or use the Golden additions.
