Xbox Brasil has announced that nine games will join Xbox Game Pass in August, spread across the Essential, Premium and Ultimate tiers, as well as PC Game Pass.

Highlights include Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, which is set to arrive on August 27 for Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers. The game is part of the additions planned for the second half of the month on Microsoft’s service.

The Premium tier will also receive new titles throughout August. The games named include BlazBlue Entropy Effect X and Aerial_Knight’s DropShot, expanding the selection available to subscribers on that plan.

The additions will be split across the different Xbox Game Pass tiers. This means each game’s availability will depend on the subscription plan, with some releases reserved for Ultimate, Premium or PC Game Pass.

August will also see games leave the catalog. The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt – Remastered Edition and Neon Abyss are among the titles departing Xbox Game Pass during the month.

Subscribers who want to keep these titles in their libraries can purchase them from the Microsoft Store before they are removed. Games leaving the service will be available at a 20% discount for subscribers.

The update includes games from a range of genres, from a new entry connected to A Plague Tale to titles such as BlazBlue Entropy Effect X and Aerial_Knight’s DropShot. The additions and departures are part of the catalog’s monthly rotation, which varies across the Essential, Premium, Ultimate and PC Game Pass plans.
